Job Description: The Executive Assistant/Marketing Coordinator is dual-role that requires an individual who is willing and able to work and grow towards the opportunity to be a high-operating Executive Assistant and Marketing Coordinator. This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems with minimal supervision. The Executive Assistant/Marketing Coordinator is deeply committed to learning and completing tasks the correct way with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication; with an unwavering focus on customer service and the quality of client experience.

This person has immense focus and can do one task for extended periods without being distracted. This individual may exhibit some drive and desire to influence; however, the overriding marker of his/her behaviour will be persistence and stability.

The Executive Assistant/Marketing Coordinator is deeply committed to supporting the business in achieving continued levels of success, growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the organization. As the success of the business grows, this individual will be responsible for further hiring, training, and leadership of additional team members.
